In my role as an Operations Specialist at Sysco Canada, I researched our warehouse and logistics processes to find areas for improvement. I gathered data on orders, inventory, and shipping to identify inefficiencies. Using this information, I helped make changes that reduced costs and improved overall speed. This hands-on research showed me how small, data-driven changes can make a big difference in daily operations.

I became skilled in using ticketing systems and handling documentation, while also earning certifications for forklifts, skylifts, and motorized pallets. Every challenge was a chance to learn and improve, helping me streamline processes and maintain a safe, efficient operation.
